Talbott comes into this fight with an MMA record of 6-0. He is 1-0 in the UFC, though this will be his UFC debut. His lone UFC fight was in the Dana White Contender Series, where he beat Reyes Cortez Jr. by unanimous decision back in August of this year. Talbott is averaging 9.67 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 51%. He is absorbing 5.07 strikes and has a striking defense of 50%. He has yet to show any grappling ability, but has a takedown defense of 94%.

Aguirre comes into this fight with an MMA record of 7-1. He is 0-1 in the UFC and this will also be his UFC debut. His lone UFC fight was in the Dana White Contender Series, where he lost to Dan Argueta by unanimous decision back in January of this year. Aguirre is averaging 0.93 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 31%. He is absorbing 3.13 strikes and has a striking defense of 44%. Aguirre has not shown much grappling ability so far, but is averaging 1.0 submission attempts per every 15 minutes and has a takedown defense of 33%.

Talbott is one of the biggest favorites on this card, therefore backing his money line is not worth the risk. Instead, we will be looking for this fight to go over 1.5 rounds. Both fighters are making their UFC debut and will likely try to feel out their opponents so they do not make any mistakes. They each have seen their last 2 fights go over 1.5 rounds, so backing the same here will be our lean.
